Best Upcoming IPOs to Watch in India: 10 IPOs, GMP & Dates

A dated, source-led watchlist of six open issues and four closed books. Compare offer terms, unofficial GMP and risks—not must-buy promises.

Offer status checked on 30 October 2026, approximately 7:10 pm IST. GMP is unofficial; tentative dates require confirmation. Educational information, not investment advice.

An upcoming IPO watchlist must distinguish open bidding from an approaching listing. Finding the “best IPO to apply” requires issue terms, cash-flow evidence and the correct application category—not just GMP.

Six issues remained within their subscription periods; four had closed. Numbering is for navigation, not a must-buy ranking.

Key takeaways: Check open/closed status first. Treat listing dates as tentative until exchange confirmation. GMP is unofficial, volatile and may disappear; it does not guarantee listing gains. Missing GMP is not ₹0. This article is educational, not investment advice.

Quick answer: upcoming IPO watchlist and current status

Dates are in 2026; issue sizes are cap-price amounts, not final net proceeds. “Open” denotes a continuing subscription period, not evening bid acceptance.

10 upcoming IPO and listing-watch candidates

How to read the assessments

“Review” is not “apply”. No independent valuation establishes these issues as cheap. Fresh issues fund companies; offer-for-sale proceeds go to selling shareholders.

1. SFC Environmental Technologies

SFC supplies wastewater treatment, recycling and solid-waste solutions. Its 19 October RHP reports FY26 consolidated revenue of ₹803.63 crore and PAT of ₹160.21 crore, but operating cash outflow of ₹25.80 crore. Profit did not translate into operating cash.

The BSE/NSE mainboard offer combines ₹150 crore fresh capital with an OFS of 15,682,750 shares. The lot is 45 shares; the book closed on 29 October. Moneycontrol and The Economic Times reported roughly 9.5-times final-day demand, not an allotment outcome.

Should you apply? New bids are closed. Track allotment and the final prospectus. Balance its environmental-infrastructure footprint against receivables, concentration and ₹253.10 crore July borrowings. GMP is withheld because dated reports did not consistently agree.

2. Bombay Coated and Special Steels

This steel processor supplies slit coils, blanks and related products to manufacturers. Its 21 October RHP reports FY26 revenue of ₹1,266.82 crore, PAT of ₹30.54 crore and operating cash inflow of ₹10.22 crore.

The all-fresh BSE/NSE mainboard offer has a 182-share lot and closes on 2 November. Its stated objects include ₹125 crore debt repayment. BSE's 30 October, 5 pm snapshot showed 3.78-times subscription; this was interim.

Should you apply? Review debt reduction against supplier/customer concentration and ₹302.43 crore August borrowings. The Economic Times reported ₹9 unofficial GMP on 29 October; that historical single-source observation is not a verified 30 October quote. Final price remains pending.

3. M. K. Sons Fine Jewels

M. K. Sons operates five jewellery showrooms in Mumbai and Ahmedabad. Its 22 October RHP reports FY26 revenue of ₹538.74 crore, PAT of ₹51.80 crore and operating cash inflow of ₹15.40 crore; FY25 operating cash flow was negative.

The mainboard offer comprises ₹220.32 crore fresh shares and ₹55.08 crore OFS at the cap. The lot is 91 shares. Subscription closed on 30 October; BSE's 7 pm display showed 5.09-times demand.

Should you apply? Fresh applications are closed. Assess inventory turns and expansion economics before interpreting demand as value. Weigh product breadth against supplier dependence, gold prices, ₹71.39 crore October indebtedness and promoter control. No consistently corroborated current GMP is quoted. Proposed listing is on BSE and NSE.

4. Vectras Enprocon

Vectras undertakes oil-and-gas station and pipeline EPC work. Its 26 October RHP reports FY26 revenue of ₹119.80 crore, PAT of ₹15.43 crore and a ₹183.28 crore September unexecuted order book.

The BSE SME offer includes 40.56 lakh fresh shares and 9.96 lakh OFS. A lot is 1,200 shares, but the minimum individual bid is two lots: ₹2.52 lakh at the cap. BSE showed 1.11-times interim demand at 5 pm on 30 October.

Should you apply? The backlog is not guaranteed revenue. Cash flow was negative throughout disclosed periods; FY26 top-ten customers contributed 92.27%. Check working capital, ₹31.36 crore September borrowings and execution guarantees. The book closes on 3 November. Current corroborated GMP is unavailable.

5. HGS (India)

HGS manufactures geophones, seismic cables and connectors. Its lead-manager-hosted 26 October prospectus reports FY26 consolidated revenue of ₹45.16 crore, PAT of ₹11.64 crore and operating cash inflow of ₹6.14 crore. Revenue fell from FY25 even though PAT increased.

The NSE EMERGE offer has 23.26 lakh fresh shares and 5.54 lakh OFS. The reported lot is 1,200 shares; two lots cost ₹2.88 lakh at the cap. It closes on 3 November. Moneycontrol displayed 0.08-times Day-1 demand without an intraday time; this is secondary, not exchange-verified final data.

Should you apply? Weigh specialisation and no March borrowings against 84.22% export exposure, concentration and SME liquidity risks. Reconfirm the price-band advertisement; no numerical GMP is reliably available.

6. Johnsoncab Electricals

Johnsoncab manufactures low-voltage wires and cables. Its 26 October RHP reports FY26 revenue of ₹210.47 crore and PAT of ₹19.42 crore, alongside operating cash outflow of ₹19.70 crore.

The all-fresh BSE SME issue funds capacity and working capital. The 600-share lot requires a minimum two-lot bid: ₹2.40 lakh at the cap. Subscription runs to 3 November. BSE's 30 October, 5 pm snapshot showed 1.06-times demand.

Should you apply? Balance historic growth against three years of negative cash flow, ₹77.57 crore August borrowings and execution risks. Reconcile profitability with cash generation, input costs and customer dependence. Unofficial GMP providers disagreed, so no figure is presented as usable current evidence.

7. Maxwell Engineering Solutions

Maxwell supplies aftermarket underwater-pelletising components and refurbishment services. Its 26 October RHP reports FY26 revenue of ₹29.45 crore, PAT of ₹11.86 crore and operating cash inflow of ₹7.48 crore.

The all-fresh NSE EMERGE offer has an 800-share lot and 1,600-share minimum: ₹2,52,800 at the cap. The later NSE-hosted price-band material specifies ₹150–₹158, superseding an earlier RHP definition. Zerodha reported 4.64-times demand at 5 pm on 30 October; it was not final exchange data.

Should you apply? Examine capex execution, working capital and SME liquidity. Borrowing disclosures require reconciliation. StockGro at 12:37 pm and IPORise at 7 pm reported ₹70 unofficial GMP on 30 October; neither observation predicts listing. Bidding closes on 3 November.

8. BLS Polymers

BLS manufactures polymer compounds for cables and pipeline coatings. Its 16 October RHP reports FY26 revenue of ₹349.43 crore, PAT of ₹27.01 crore and operating cash inflow of ₹38.06 crore.

The all-fresh 1.70-crore-share mainboard offer has a 100-share lot and proposed BSE/NSE listing. It closed on 29 October. BSE's 5 pm closing-day public-book snapshot showed 241.22-times subscription; anchor shares are separate from that denominator.

Should you apply? Fresh bidding is closed. Track confirmed allotment, capacity execution and final disclosures. Positive annual cash generation must be weighed against concentration, negative June-quarter cash flow and ₹82.36 crore August borrowings. The Economic Times and India Infoline reported ₹68 unofficial GMP on 30 October, at 9:56 am and 11:18 am respectively—not a current executable price.

9. Antala Industries

Antala manufactures BOPP and PP woven packaging. Its 23 October RHP reports FY26 revenue of ₹47.40 crore, PAT of ₹4.24 crore and operating cash outflow of ₹4.88 crore.

The all-fresh BSE SME offer closes on 2 November. The 2,000-share lot requires a 4,000-share minimum: ₹2.68 lakh at the cap. BSE's 30 October, 5 pm demand snapshot was 0.82 times.

Should you apply? Balance integrated manufacturing against negative cash conversion, unplaced machinery orders and inconsistent September debt disclosures. The RHP identifies Darjeeling Industries as a shareholder; a separate SEBI interim order references transfers to Antala but is not an order against Antala or its promoters. Review that context and the addendum. GMP is unconfirmed.

10. Carver Roboweld

Carver combines welding consumables, die services and robot rental. Its 21 October RHP reports FY26 standalone revenue of ₹27.02 crore, PAT of ₹3.48 crore and operating cash outflow of ₹2.65 crore. These are not its different consolidated figures.

The all-fresh BSE SME offer has a 1,600-share lot and 3,200-share minimum: ₹2.56 lakh at the cap. It closed on 30 October. BSE's 6:57:39 pm snapshot showed 24.06-times demand, still subject to finalisation.

Should you apply? Bidding is closed. Track robot deployment and debt reduction against forging-sector dependence, 80.78% top-ten customer concentration and unplaced robot orders. ₹15.65 crore borrowings refers to March standalone accounts. Conflicting unofficial GMP is withheld; listing remains indicative.

Upcoming IPO GMP explained: sentiment is not valuation

GMP is an informal off-exchange quote, sensitive to thin participation, sentiment and rumour. It is not official NSE/BSE price discovery; no single authoritative “IPO GMP today” figure exists.

The commonly quoted calculation is issue price plus GMP. Hypothetical example: ₹200 plus ₹40 equals ₹240; ₹40 divided by ₹200 equals 20%. Not a listing forecast.

How to evaluate an IPO before applying

Read the RHP, addenda and final prospectus; a DRHP alone does not confirm priced terms. Compare revenue and profit with operating cash flow, receivables, inventory and dated debt. Check fresh-issue objects versus OFS exits, promoter holdings, applicable lock-ins and related-party disclosures.

Compare peer valuations consistently. Check promoter backgrounds, lock-ins, sector conditions, volatility and anchor/subscription demand without interpreting participation as endorsement. Clarify conflicting disclosures; do not estimate missing facts.

How to apply through UPI or net-banking ASBA

  1. Have an eligible bank account, PAN and demat account; confirm matching application details.
  2. Read the live issue document and select the correct category, lots and permitted price.
  3. Through an eligible broker/intermediary, enter a bank-linked UPI ID and approve the genuine blocking mandate before the deadline. Alternatively, use an SCSB's net-banking ASBA facility.
  4. ASBA blocks money; only allotted-share amounts are debited. UPI is an optional ASBA route, not compulsory.
  5. Verify bid entry with exchange tools. Check allotment with the registrar named in the prospectus; use only its official service.

SEBI's capital-issue FAQs allow eligible individual UPI bids up to ₹5 lakh. Mainboard bids up to ₹2 lakh are retail; above ₹2 lakh to ₹10 lakh is the smaller NII band, and above ₹10 lakh the larger NII band. Shareholder reservations apply only where the offer document provides them and eligibility is met.

Mainboard IPO versus SME IPO

PointMainboardSME
Individual entryRetail bid not more than ₹2 lakhTwo lots, above ₹2 lakh, for these issues
Lot sizeIssue-specificIssue-specific; minimum is two lots, not one
Liquidity and riskVary; losses remain possibleOften thinner liquidity and more concentrated businesses
DisclosuresMainboard framework and offer documentSME framework; do not assume identical eligibility or reporting rules
Beginner considerationsAssess valuation and loss capacityLarger commitment and exit constraints need additional care

NSE's June 2025 SME bidding circular applies to issues opening from 1 July 2025: more than two lots falls in NII; no cut-off-price bid, downward modification or cancellation. Last-day bidding ends at 4 pm and UPI confirmation at 5 pm. Intermediaries may impose earlier operational cut-offs.

Jio is recent listing context, not an upcoming IPO

RIL's listing disclosure and BSE's notice confirm Jio Platforms began trading on 28 October after its 21–23 October book. The ₹1,119 issue price and 27-crore-share fresh issue imply ₹30,213 crore proceeds.

Reuters reported a ₹1,358 opening price, a 21.36% premium, and ₹1,417.50 at day-end. The above-25% move was later, not the opening. Strong listings can influence sentiment, not establish unrelated returns.

Frequently asked questions

Which is the best upcoming IPO to apply for?

No universal best choice is verified. Compare valuation, cash flow, debt and loss capacity; this is not a buy ranking.

What is IPO GMP today?

A dated, unofficial provider observation—not an exchange quote. Providers can disagree; unavailable does not mean zero.

Is high GMP good for an IPO?

It may reflect sentiment, not fair value, allotment or guaranteed gains. Assess prospectus-based business and pricing risks.

How do I check IPO allotment status?

Use the prospectus-named registrar after allotment processing. Exchange bid tools confirm entry, not allocation.

Can retail investors apply through UPI?

Eligible individual applicants can use UPI up to ₹5 lakh, but mainboard bids above ₹2 lakh are NII, not retail. Follow the issue and intermediary's live process.

What is different about SME applications?

The individual minimum is two lots above ₹2 lakh; more than two lots is NII. SME restrictions apply.

Are IPO investments safe?

No. Shares can list below issue price; SME exits may be difficult. Understand loss and liquidity constraints.

When will the next big IPO open?

Check the final advertised timetable and exchange record. Rumoured dates do not confirm subscription windows.

Can I apply after subscription closes?

No. Allotment or listing does not reopen bidding; closed names are tracking-only.
